1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a product key or using our software (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Key Purchase Options
2.1 Monthly Product Keys
- We offer a one-time purchase of a monthly product key, which grants access to premium features for 30 days following activation.
- Redeeming additional monthly keys will extend your premium access period accordingly.
2.2 Lifetime Product Keys
- A lifetime product key provides permanent access to the Program's premium features.
- You may purchase a lifetime key regardless of any prior monthly key purchases.
- Upon purchase, a permanent product key is generated for use with our Program.
3. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s payment processing policies.
- Payment must be completed using a valid payment method.
- Successful payment triggers the generation of a unique product key.
4. Product Key Generation and Redemption
- Upon checkout, a unique product key is automatically generated.
- The generated key remains inactive until payment is fully confirmed.
- You will receive an invoice and a copy of the product key via email and on the website.
Key Usage:
- You may choose when or whether to redeem your product keys.
- For monthly keys, redeeming additional keys will extend your premium access period.
- For lifetime keys, activation is required only once to secure permanent access.
Redemption:
- When a key is redeemed in the application, it is considered “used” and becomes permanently associated with that instance of the software.
- Redeeming a monthly key after a lifetime key has been activated will not affect the permanent access provided by the lifetime key.
5. Refund Policy and Fraud Prevention
- Refund Eligibility Pre-Redemption: If a product key has not been redeemed, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Post-Redemption: Once a key is redeemed, it is considered “used” and is not eligible for a refund.

Jurisdictional Considerations:
- In the European Union, consumers typically have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales. However, if you have explicitly consented to immediate access to digital content (and thereby waived your right of withdrawal), no refund will be available once the key is redeemed.
- In the United States, while refund policies are generally enforceable if clearly disclosed, local consumer protection laws may apply.
- By redeeming a product key, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to a refund for that key.
6. License and Key Usage
- The product key generated upon payment serves as your license to access premium features.
- Transfer and Resale: You may use or share the product key at your discretion; however, resale of keys is prohibited.

Key Expiry:
- Unused keys do not expire.
- Redeemed (or “used”) keys may be purged from our system 90 days after their validity period expires.
- Refunded keys are immediately invalidated and cannot be used to access the Service.
7. Free Trial and Premium Access
- A free session is provided for trial purposes without any registration requirements.
- To access additional sessions beyond the free trial, you must redeem a valid product key.
- Upon key redemption, premium features are immediately accessible. Subsequent key redemptions will extend or modify your premium access as specified.
8. Service Uptime and Disclaimers
- While we strive to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NeosTec LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
10. Amendments
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
- Major changes will be communicated via email and announcements prior to taking effect.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maine, U.S. while also taking into account applicable EU and US consumer protection laws.
12. Additional Provisions
- No Guarantee of Continuous Service: NeosTec LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
- Third-Party Integrations: Use of third-party services (e.g., Stripe) is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
13. Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance
We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Access to Personal Data:
- You have the right to request access to all personal data we have stored about you.
- Upon receipt of a valid data access request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data and details on its processing within 30 days.
- Data Requests: To request your stored data, please contact our support team at support@groupcodecrack.com or submit a ticket through our designated Discord channel.
- Data Retention: We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in these Terms or as required by law.
14. Chargebacks and Refund Disputes
- Pre-Consultation Requirement: If you experience an issue with a charge or refund, you must first contact our customer support via email at support@groupcodecrack.com or open a ticket before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
- Consequences of Unapproved Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first consulting customer support will be considered a breach of these Terms. In such cases, your access to the Service may be terminated, and any generated product keys may be temporarily suspended until the dispute is fully resolved.
- Refund Requests Outside the Standard Window: Refund requests submitted after the specified refund window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You must contact customer support detailing your reasons for the refund request. Approval is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
